So there are only 19 days to go… 19 days… that’s not even 3 weeks!

I’ve already put in much more than that so why does this next 20 days seem like years to me?

I am just so ready to be done being pregnant, as I’m sure most of you are too. I am so very thankful for a successful pregnancy and to have this little baby inside of me, but my goodness does this last month suck! I know I won’t sleep much once the baby is here, but to be able to get comfortable during my cat naps will be awesome! To be able to breathe, eat, put on my shoes and not have to wear pants all the way up to my boobs will be wonderful! I can’t seem to stop blowing my nose again along with peeing every five minutes again too. I am so tired of waking up with cramps or aches in the middle of the night and just hoping this is it and it ends up being nothing! As I type I’m sitting here hiding in my cubicle playing with one nipple at a time, eating pineapple (although I know you need to eat like 5 entire pineapples for that to do anything) and just hoping and praying this little one decides to make his or her debut today. But I am sure I just need to be patient because I will probably see my due date come and go… Uggghhh! Oh well, my intentions are to head home and jump Ty… I’m hoping that will push this along a bit! I am more than ready to meet this little person that I have been growing for the past 37 weeks and if we are considered full term than I think this little person should want to come out and finally meet us too! Please come out baby… pretty please… pretty please with cherries on top…

On a brighter note Ty and I seemed to end up with some strange yet incredible financial windfall out of nowhere this week. So things at his place are progressing quite nicely and I will be heading over there this weekend to basically paint the entire place! As long as he is SURE they are done doing crap to the walls and I’m not going to end up painting these rooms 3 times just like I did the bedroom. Almost all of the ceilings should be in, as well as most of the lighting and I need to go pick out a light fixture for the baby’s room now too! I also picked out carpet last week for the 2 bedrooms and we’re going to select the rest of our flooring this weekend. We kind of know what we want; we just need to do price comparisons pretty much… I am told that after all they did over there on Monday I will be very happy to see it and have some faith that it can get done. However I’m too scared to be completely angry again so I have yet to go check it out. The last few times I’ve walked in there I have been nothing short of depressed and decided not to go back for a while… I’ll take some photos this weekend so you can all see how it looks too. We still need to go get our stove, toilet, kitchen sink, dish racking, bath vanity and sink, washer and dryer. And I’m not sure if they started wrapping the frames for the cabinets in the kitchen yet or framing in the upper cabinets. But I do know that they have a good amount of materials for the kitchen so I’ll try to be content with that. Either way it’s not going to be done before baby arrives but we may be able to get in there by Thanksgiving and then I won’t have to figure out how to pay bills for my place for December. And that my friends would be phenomenal!!

I guess that’s it for now… hope everyone is well… Lots of labor dust, baby dust, a healing hug ;-) and love to all!
