22-6-2009 - 41 weeks, yes still pregnant

My mood while writing this blog: In little pain

So I had a doctor's apt today. My mom and 2 of my sisters came with me :) My checkup was great as usual. The doctor checked me still no progression 1.5cm long and thick. So they said we'll get you induced asap. So she got the doctor on call to come check me out. She came and did a profile, baby still has good fluid, movement and had breathing movements. She told me that the maternity floor was presently packed and the only way I can get induced tomorrow is if they all have their babies tonight. If not I go in on wednesday for the gel and get induced in the morning.

Well it's now almost 8pm and I've been having stronger contractions since 6pm. I've gone to the bathroom thinking it's got to be gas or I need to go. Still after passing gas and using the washroom (sorry if tmi) I'm having stronger contractions that hurt! I'm feeling it in my thighs, hips and bottom of my belly. I don't know if they're the real thing or not yet. You'll know if I'm not on the site tomorrow.
