Hey ladies!! i hope everyone is doing well! i had my glucose test and 28 week apt today!!
i had the orange drink and it was easy to get down at first...and then after the first 3 gulps, it started not tasting too good haha... i just think it was because i felt rushed drinking it, the 5 minutes i had to drink it passed sooo fast. SO i went to the lab and got blood drawn ** i was really nervous** but i honestly didnt even feel the needle go in, or out....
then i had my apt after...met a new midwife, she is very corky! i finally gained some more weight so they arent so worried about it anymore! i gained 4lbs in 4 weeks...so i think total i have gained 11! yay...also i am still measuring 3cm too big... today i was at 31 weeks, but she didnt seem concerned at all so i am trying not to worry until they do :D...she was active when they were checking the heartbeat and it was 157...relieved with that haha! and she thinks that she is still head down...but i know that can still change, just crossing my fingers that it doesnt. i got to schedule all my apts now! 4 two week appointments and 5 one week appointments..yikes, thats only 9 more!! i need to go shopping!!!!

yay!
im 28 weeks today. i was going to the hospital later to do the glucose test. im a lil nautious though so i may do it tommorow. ive gained 20 lbs but its all the baby and belly. third trimester now hehe!

I hope you will pass the glucose test, if don't, you will have to take the 3-hour ones. It was a scary experience for me because I was not allowed to eat for 12 hours (I'm counting the night hours of sleeping too, lol :-D ) . They drew my blood 4 times and all I could do was drink water and wait for the hour go by, yikes!

Great news! I have my 27 week next week and I know they will send me home with the orange stuff and then I will have to schedule a lab appointment. I need to go shopping too. My husband and I just cleaned out our "storage room" that is about to become a nursery! Yeh! 11 pounds! WOW! I have probably gained that in my butt alone! LOL Take care!
