11-6-2009 - Early appointment

My mood while writing this blog: tired

anywho, had a trace of protein in my urine but they werent worried about that because it was a slight trace. Then i gave myself the strep b test. I figured the midwives would do it, so i got all ready and prepared for it, took like 43078943987 hours to shave, and all that for nothing haha. After i got done doing that i had to go back into a room where they had the heart rate and contraction machine set up, which surprised me because i didnt expect to have to do that, but i LOVE hearing her little heart beat so i was content with it. Took the nurse a while to find the heartbeat so i got a little un-easy but then we found it and she said it only took so long because the machine isnt sensitive and she think she is laying funky. anyways her heartrate was very good *yay* but no contractions *boo*..i was hoping for maybe alittle something hahahahaha i bet i will be the one to be pregnant at 41 weeks ha

then i was hoping that she would see if i dialated at all, because they start at 36 weeks, and i am 36 weeks...but i wasnt sure because i wasnt even supposed to have my apt until today...but she didnt end up checking and she cancelled my apt for today, so i guess i will have to wait another week...... :(
