| 25-6-2009 - Birth story!!! |  My mood while writing this blog:IN LOVE!!! |
i went in on wedenesday morning on the 17th to be induced, before they started the pitocin, the doctor broke my water at 8:25 am.
they started the pitocin at 8:45 am, contractions started and i had a dose of stadol at about 2 pm, and i had been stuck at 2 cm for 6 hours before that shot, then i went to a 3, thank god i did cause they were about to haul me off to get a c section, after an hour i got checked again, and i was a 5, at 7 pm, then at 8:15 i was a 6 1/2.
i then got checked at 8:45 and was a 10!!! in only 30 minutes, so when the nurse asked me if i was ready i laughed and told her no, and she said i would have to be, cause i needed to push. my doctor came in 10 minutes before my little man was born and after 45 minutes of pushing Aiden Jay Channel came into this world at 9:50!
he is my life and my everything! i love him sooo much!
daddy comes home in july for R&R and will get to meet aiden for the first time, but for now we are using skype and daddy loves him!! he is already starting to hold his head up at just a week, crazyyy!!!
hope you ladies are doing well, oh and i forgot to mention! i GOT THE EPIDURAL!! that thing is amazing!!
