My mood while writing this blog: Ok

january 31st, 2010:

Today is the day we found out we were pregnant. I'm so excited and so is my hubby. My parents are the first people who we told only because they sen me buy the test. They are also very excited. I also told my three greatest friends.

February 6th, 2010:

This ist he begining of Week 5, still not feeling very pregnant. All i really have is bloating and that's mainly at night. I'm starting to see change in my belly already though. It's getting very exciting. I also go my first appointment which will be with my GP for the referral to the OB. on Feb 17, 2010.

February 10th, 2010

Not much has changed so far I haven't had a problem with taking the vitamins so hopefully it continues this smooth. I took my first belly picture and I couldn't believe how much I could actully show at only 5 weeks. This will be very hard to keep from my co-workers until I'm three to four months. My parents and sister and brother know but none of the other family members know yet. Hope your all feeling as good as I am and hope things are working well for you ladies TTC.

Well, this morning after breakfast the m/s started and lasted all day. that was horrible. can't wait to get the first trimester over. I'm really looking forward to enjoying this pregnancy as much as the first.

February 17th, 2010

Ok so today was my first Dr.'S appointment, and as you all know I was seeing my GP. Everything went well, He said that with all the syptoms that i'm having he has no doubt that it was pregnancy and sent the referral to they OB/GYN.He told me that it could take up to a month before I get in at the OB's due to all referrals bieng by fax. On another note; m/s is getting worse adn the folic acid seems to help when I remember to take it. I have stopped the materna vitamins for the time being and hope to restart them in a few weeks. Hopefully then my m/s will let up some. The m/s I have I guess can't be called that it's mor like nausea allll day loonngg. In the last three weeks I have put on already 1.5 lbs. which is not bad the dr. told me it should be approx. .5 lbs a week until the last month. I'm not worrying too much about it because I didn't change anything the first time I was pregnant and everything went great.I hope everything goes as well this time around. People are also starting to fihure out that I'm expecting again, which is kind of exciting. So much for keeping it for about 3 to 4 months. at least I made it to a month and a half. LOL. I'm already starting to show which is making it hard to hid. oh well, I'm so excited about it I don't really want to keep it to myself. i want to scream it out loud.

I know it's really early for this but did one of those Gender Prediction test and It said I was having a boy now when I was pregnant for my son it told me I was having a girl so if it works out the way it did the first time i should be looking to have a girl. Now, Im' not getting too excited because those things are just for fun I think. I also have this funny feeling It's going to be another boy. I don't know we'll just have to wait and see. Hope your all dealing with the m/s and nausea all well. and Good luck to those who are TTC.

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days today. Things are doing much better since I started diclectin. This med is very expensive around here but well worth it. I find I need it more some days then others. yersterday I only took my pill before bed and felt goreat all day. i have noticed that when I keep very active I feel much better than when I sit down and relax. I guess I'll just have to keep moving for the next couple weeks. I'm still waiting on the referral from the ob, I'm hoping to get a call this week. I'm looking forward to having a scan and seeing the bean for the first time. I recal my first scan with my son he was jumping around like crazy. as if he just had a really strong shot of cafeing. My mind latley keeps runing through things like is the baby going to be healthy, how big will it be is it a boy or a girl. I guess these are normal thought but the healthy one really scares me sometime. I know the dr. said that the diclectin is safe and all but sometime I still wonder. well, that's all for now, hope your all feeling well

So it's been a while since I've updated this blog so here it goes. Mostly everyone knows now, even the people at work. It's very hard to hid anymore because I look about 4 months pregnant. there are ups and downs to being a small person. I haven't gained weight but I have grown a belly. the nausea it still there definitly not half as bad as before. I haven't had to take any diclectin in a very long time, about 2 weeks so that's a good sign. Certain food are very sensitive to my smell and have the power to make me really feel nauseated which is not good. I'm looking forward to the first appointment with the OBGYN on the 22nd. It's still so far away!!!! i will be 11 weeks pregnant at the time of the appointment and will have a scan and see the baby. I'm so excited. That's all I have right now but I'll hopefully be back soon with something new!

Well, Tomorrow i will be 10 weeks pregnant and I'm now again felling great. I was so lucky I only had about 3 weeks of nausea but it was really bad during the three weeks. Now, I feel great and I'm not feeling a bloated either. i do still look about 4 months pregnant but the most exciting part is I can now feel my uterus when I lay down, about a hand lenght below my belly button. I can't believe that I only have to wait 10 more days for my appointment. It's coming so quickly i'm getting so excited!!!!!! I'll finally see the baby and get more info on the u/s. Very very Excited!!!!!We started talking names but my hubby doesn't suggest any he just seems to put my names down. I have chosen between Logan and Noah for a boy and Savana and Mia for a girlHe kind of likes Mia but the boys names he's not so keen on. Ah well, I can't wait to find out what it will be!!!!

Well, as of today I have only two more days until week 11. I can't wait to reach week 12, it seems like a lot of weight gets lifted off your shoulders. As much as you still have to be very careful the critical time will be over and the enjoying of the pregnancy will begin full swing. As I have mentioned all my co-workers know that I'm expecting again and some of the clients. Everyone is starting to figure it out because of the bump that I'm already showing. I can't believe it!!!!! Everything is getting so exciting because I will begin the Dr.'s appointments on Monday. Up until now I haven't seen or heard the baby yet and I'm dying to just even hear that heart beat. I feel great and am not really concerned but until them my mind won't be completely at ease. It also makes everything so real. A lot of you second time mom's or more say you can feel the baby already moving. There have been times when I thought i did as well and it only was gas. I hope to be able to start felling the flutters by week 15 at the latest. I HOPE!!! well, I'll be back next week to update about my appointment hope you all keep well!!

This week is a big week for me. I'm really excited because I go for an U/s on thursday and really can't wait. I hope everything is ok because things haven't begun this week very well. my son was SSSSOOOO sick this weekend and still isn't himself yet. I hope this flu passes quickly. On the other hand I'm also glad that I got the flu shot a few weeks ago. the last time i had the flu it wasn't pretty. Other than that some people say they can make out as early as 12 weeks the gender of there baby so i'm going to keep my eyes glued to the sceen while she's doing her thing. I hope those three little lines show up. Well, hope things get better this week for all of us who are having a bad begining.

April 1st, 2010

Today is the big day. Get to go have my first U/S done this afternoon. The hardest part is going to be drinking all that water. Especially since my son had the flu this week and i think I might have a slight touch of it. I'm not sure if it's that or the m/s returning. Even though I see the baby a few weeks ago at my appointment he didn't check the heart and I really want to see or hear the beating. the baby measured exactly and hope that everything stays ok. I don't know why but this pregnancy I'm a lot more worried about m/c not that there is a history of it in the family or anything but things are so different this time around it's scaring me. I'm opeing things are great especially because hubby couldn't make it and my mom is working no one can be there with me...:( Well, I guess my best bet is to not think or stress about it.

SO, today I'm 15 weeks 2 days. It's getting so exciting, I'm just waiting to feel the baby move now. My hubby said he felt something last night when I was sleeping. I hope I feel it soon. This afternoon I will have my second appointment with the dr I can't wait until he tell sme the heart rate. The first appointment he didn't listen to the beating he only did the scan so i'm really excited. At my U/S I heard it faintly but didn't get a heart rate on it. I'm really hoping for a girl. I would be just as happy with a boy but a girl would just make it even and complete. this pregnancy has been very different so there is a chance but I don't know!
