| 14-4-2008 - Ready or Not? | My mood while writing this blog:Goofy |
Okay is it me or is it everyone that is REALLY ready to have these babies???? I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams and I am ever so thankful and I have LOVED being pregnant...........but, I AM TRULY OVER BEING UNCOMFORTABLE, tired, moody, heavy, tired (did I say that already)?! I am pretty sure that the uncomfortable meter blew up today. I drove my d/h new car to work so that he could take our SUV in to get an oil change and the tires rotated (which was very nice of him and needed to be done) but while in the car, I cried the entire hour and a half that it took me to get home. This little baby has no more room inside and my ribcage should be completely black and blue and his little feet should be made of steel from kicking me to death. I can't breathe (even though he dropped over the last few days) I just can't do anything to get comfortable. How are you supposed to rest and put your feet up and sleep a bit before the baby comes if every position is goofy? Ladies, I must say that out of all of our investments that we've made since we've been married, The BEST one HAS to be our Hot Springs Spa. www.hotspringsspa.com My hubby put the temp down to 97 degrees and I don't use the jets but I just love to soak in it. It's awesome and I feel so weightless. My home backs up to about 10 acres of land with nothing but horses on it and so as I got home tonight, I literally stripped down to the ole wobbly birthday suit and continued to walk right out onto our patio and climbed in. Mascara running down my face and all. Ha!
So relaxing and just what mommy needed. So, am I ready to have this baby? Am I going to miss the kicking and the not being able to bend over and get in and out of the car and am I going to miss the not sleeping? Probably! Most Definitely. All of the above. I'll take door number 3 Pat! Yeppers. I honestly feel that my EDD of May 6th, just Ain't gonna happen. I also know that just like when you go on vacation you forget to bring at least one silly thing that you just have to have, I will definitely forget something in my mommy bag. Is THAT gonna be alright??? Probably.
Anyone else feel just as goofy as me???
Love to all the mommies,
M
