Yesterday was a horrible day. I was in the middle of grocery shopping and became completely nauseated. I had to leave before I finished. This lasted from 2PM until 9 pm. I can't figure out what triggers it. I know the vitamins but I had not taken them yet. So I feel I am a day behind on everything. With two kids, a day behind is alot of work.
