Hey ladies...

i just wanted to ask yall what kind of prenatal vit yall have taken. I mean, I am still taking one cause I am nursing, but I want to go with another one since I am preg now. There are new ones out there. I got samples from the Dr. and they now have it where you take 2 pills. I'm like.. WOW!! 2 instead of 1..

I just want to know what you all take. So, any input would be great....

I'm not preggo yet! But I am taking CitraNatal90DHA. They are great. 2 pills also...one is the vitamin and the other is an omega 3 from PLANT source not fish which can have mercury. I was given a 3 month supply and a script for when I actually get preggo. They are super healthy....and that is why I'm taking them even before getting preggo. :o)
