Ok Ladies...
I need to know HOW TO get rid of bad breath in my 18 mon old... she ate the Gerber Grads Raveolle (SP) with peas,corn and carrots as her veg. WELL... This morning and last night, her breath can pill paint of a wall.. lol.. I brushed them after she ate and this morning and it STILL stinks of garlic... I mean, it makes me wanna vomit!! I just read some ways to cure it but wanted to ask all my friends if they have ever had this problem. They say to give her cheese, not American but Swiss and Cheddar. Also, lemons. I have the lemon water and I am going to try that.
She has ate these before and we wondered what caused her breath to smell like this and know we know. We arent buying that one anymore. She goes to her Ped Doc in Feb, so we will let her know that she smells like garlic for 4 days, not 24 - 48 hrs like it says, but for 4 days... aaakkkk..
Give all them babies a kiss from me and rub all them bellies from my belly to yalls.....

UPDATE:it was just the Gerber Raviolis... we will NEVER get that again.. lol she smelt like garlic for 2 days. I called my mom (who is a pedi nurse) and she told me to check her throat and look for red ness, spots and other things, which there where none. Gave her lemon water the rest of the day and it went away. whoo hooo.... lol

It might be causing gas problems. Also usually they say babies don't get bad breath unless they have a sore throat. So you might want to get her checked out. Good luck.

UPDATE:I gave her lemon water and the block cheese and STILL not better. I gave her some of her puffs from Gerber, the banana kind, and well, while she was eating it, she smelt like bananas.. lol..well i will try other things too...
