14-7-2009 - Braxton Hicks or labor pains?

Well for the past two days I have had these menstrual type cramps and my back has been killing me. Some people tell me I have dropped alot. I think I have too she seems very low. I have been having lots of sex, taking my evening primrose oil and walking. I hope that this is working. I on the other hand have not had any bleeding or spotting just some leaking but midwives say its not amniotic fluid Its not urine I smelled it(sorry tmi). So I don't know maybe it's all in my head. I am hoping when I go to my appointment on thursday they say I am close.

i had the same thing last week which was why i went to the hospital in the first place... but it does sound like your body is getting ready for the real thing... and trust me the more that your body does before hand the better!

Sounds like you could be beginning your labor process whether it is braxton hicks or real labor pains. Hopefully your dr will be able to check and see if you have dialated any at your appt. Good luck!
