14-7-2008 - Heading back to work

My mood while writing this blog: Sad

Well 8 weeks have come and gone - it just flew by. I don't know if it was from the lack of sleep or excitment of learning something new about Brayden everyday but really the time just seemed to evaporate. Tomorrow will be my last day at home with my little man and it has been a very sad day for me. I ran to the store to get something for dinner and I went right through a red light not a yellow light about to turn red a red light that had been red for sometime. Of course, I then got several fingers and cussed out. I just kept thinking in two days I will be heading out and back to work and leaving Brayden. I just wanted to rush home to him.

Just when we have gotten in a routine and things have gotten to be so much fun it is time to switch it up on us. I can't stop looking at him today and every little smile and every poopy diaper is just so sweet today. I enjoy these moments I have had with him and wish I had more time but time is up and I will go off back into the world and I know that while I am in meetings or on conference calls supposed to be thinking about work the picture in my head of my sweet little boy will keep me going and make me rush home so that I can give him a big wet kiss at the end of the day.
