So I'm gonna vent for a sec... Now don't get me wrong I am grateful to have this little guy beating me up all the time, however I am starting to feel sick and tired of being preggo! Nothing fits... NOTHING and We're moving into a house that is the epitomy of a fixer upper so I have like zero cash to spend on myself. I know we're not supposed to worry about our weight but I can't stop thinking about that number on the scale from my last appt. I am the heaviest I have ever been and still have 2mos to go! I think I am really just ready to have this lil man and start our new life (and get back to my old self). Lastly, all this hot weather makes me miss wine like my life depends on it. And I know that some ppl say its ok to have a glass every once in a while but I couldn't imagine really doing that! I feel horrible about complaining but its just been one of those mornings! I've tired every pair of pants on for work and nothing feels comfortable add on top of that my hair is blahh and my face is a mess! Oh jeeze I probably just should have stayed in bed and watched a movie! Oh well I know this is alll worth it, I just wish the time would hurry up and get here! LOL. I read your Blog - Venting ... And I want to roll over and laugh cos you sound so much like me!! Hahaha.
It was my birthday on the 3rd and it felt terrible not going out to party and sipping on come champagne - instead we went out for a boring dinner and everyone around me drank for my part! I also heard that a glass or two cant hurt, but i dont want to try - i would feel way too selfish and guilty.
I currently have two pairs of pants that fit - both maternity and its winter here - so Non of my jersey's pull over my stomach - i feel terrible going into public sometimes by the way i am dressed - but hec, what am i suppose to do.
About moving - we are also moving at the end of the month - they required a double payment (for deposit) and its realy shaken us broke this month.
I feel tired all the time - I dont feel like doing any work, which stress's me out cos I am falling pretty much far behind, And I have picked up 13kgs (I think thats 26 pounds) already and feel like screaming. I never crave chocolate and suddenly its like the only thing i want to eat. Apart from that my face looks like something it hit and my hubby keeps saying 'its not so bad' - but I KNOW 'its so bad' LOL.
My baby shower has still to happen and its fustrating cos i want to start buying things and getting everything settled and not have to do last minute shopping - but cant cos ill end up wasting money on things i get double and hubby doesnt want me to buy till afterwards.
So you thought you could complain - trust me - i feel you. LOL. And September/October is still a long way away. I try not complain - so this is our little secret. Haha.
Just want you to know you arent alone and I completely understand and I also cherish and appreciate the precious miracle inside of me - but pregnancy is not for the faint heart.
