04-9-2010 - 34 weeks!

My mood while writing this blog: excited

Hi ladies, just wanted to blog since I haven't in a while. Things are going pretty well for me. I have some normal pregnancy type discomforts, but overall I just LOVE being pregnant. Love feeling my little man move, and it's so nice now that I'm far enough along to really believe it's going to happen and not worry about something going wrong or him coming too early.

We have new carpet and paint in the nursery and we will pick up the furniture on Monday. I have a baby shower coming up at work on Friday and then with my friends/family next Saturday, so I'm super excited I will have a place to put everything since my due date feels like it's fast approaching now.

I have a breastfeeding and a baby care class this week. I will also be going to the first regular season NFL game next Sunday and it's a big one - Cowboys vs Redskins - Go Skins!

I still haven't packed a hospital bag, I guess I should do that soon too. Especially since with this busy week coming up, there are a few of my friends predicting it could be enough to send me into labor. :)

I have an ultrasound scheduled for the 17th to see how big Sammy is and how he's laying. I really hope he's turned head down, but I can't tell, and I kinda think he's still sideways. I'm really starting to feel big now.

Hubby and I's 10 year anniversary is the 16th and we had always planned to go to Vegas for the 10th, but needless to say, no Vegas for us this year, so we'll have to settle for a nice dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.
