11-1-2009 - 6 dpo

My mood while writing this blog: unsure

I'm at 6dpo today. I had some pains in my lower left side this morning, but they are gone now. And I made a nice greasy breakfast today, but when I tried to eat it, it repulsed me, and I've been feeling nauseous ever since. Also, when we were out over the weekend, I had someone that doesn't know I'm TTC tell me that I looked different, she said I was a hot mama. And I almost bit DH head off for no reason this morning. I know it's too early to feel anything, but DH this morning told me he thought I was PG.

Normally, I would be really excited, but a few days ago I saw the doctor about some blood test results (I've been feeling sick on and off for some time now) and he's sending me to a rheumatologist. If I do have something auto-immune going on, I do not think being PG would be a good thing. So I'm very torn about how I feel right now. I just have to hope if I am PG that things will be OK. Otherwise no more TTC for us until we figure out what's wrong with me.

I've read here of a few new BFPs where they think they conceived on Christmas day. I have a friend-of-a-friend that I've spoken to before about TTC, she's 37 years old like me, and so we were talking about becoming older moms. I just found out she's PG and thinks she conceived on Christmas as well. What a lucky Christmas it was for some new mommies this year!

Quick Update: I just went and ate an ice cream bar. I'm not usually a sweets person. The plot thickens...
