22-4-2009 - I have no clue what is going on

My mood while writing this blog: scared

In the past, I've typically had 11 day luteal phases, and I'd never Oed until at least CD21, and as late as CD45 (the last time I got preggo)

Last cycle, I Oed at CD20 and had a 15 day luteal phase. I had cramping off and on throughout the 2WW and thought I might be PG, but AF did finally show up.

This cycle, I Oed at CD14, and almost missed it because I was on sudafed at the time for a cold and just got a slight bit of EWCM right around O time. I also felt O pains on both sides instead of one or the other.

I am now at 17 DPO and don't know what the hell is going on. No sign of AF. HPTs are all BFN. I don't have typical preggy symptoms (last time, by this time, my BBs felt like they would fall off and my HPT lit up positive like a Christmas tree straight away). Ever since 6DPO, I've been having lower abdominal pain and lots of lower back pain, and hot flashes. The pain on my lower left was pretty consistent for a week, but now is intermittent. In the last couple days, I've also become very shaky like my blood sugar is low. I have an OB appt for tomorrow.

I'm pretty certain that even if I am PG, whatever's in there is not viable and I'm worried about ectopic. Will hopefully get a quantitative hCG tomorrow and possibly an ultrasound too. If it is ectopic, I'm hopeful that because it's so early, they would be able to give me the medicine and avoid surgery, but I guess I'll cross that bridge if/when I get to it.

I'm really scared.
