My mood while writing this blog: bummed

i have suffered from severe depression and anxiety pretty much my entire life. but, now it's so bad. i walk around wanting to cry constantly. with my last pregnancy i actually felt good while pregnant but, after i had him i was severely depressed. its like it never fully lifted. and now that im pregnant again its far worse. it's just very difficult because i am a stay at home mom with two babies already. i can't focus on myself at all.

i'm sorry you're feeling bad :( why dont you talk to your doctor? are you on meds for it already? i work with a nurse who was on depression meds (wellbutrin i think she said it was) throughout her entire 2 pregnancies, and her babies were fine, so maybe if you're not on meds already, you should talk to your doc. hopefully you find a solution and get to enjoy your boys and pregnancy....wish you all the best<3

I've been having the same problem. Its not something I've suffered from, just lately. Do you find yourself hardly ever leaving the house? And why is it ok for the hubbys to have a life and us wife aren't? :)
