My mood while writing this blog:
Tired and Lonely

Well here I am in week 9 and the pains in my back are so nasty. I could barely stand with the pain in the lower left side of my back all weekend. I know this is the muscles stretching out but the pain was so bad I had to ask my husband could he rub my back several times on Sunday to relieve the pain. He is so good but today hes at work and I could really do with him here now!!! Sitting here trying to put out of my mind that he flew out to a different part of the country for a meeting and that he wont be home till late this evening ahhhhh. My little boy is wanting to me more active and play and I am finding lifting him with my back so sore a bit difficult. He is a good little fella and has been sitting in front of the tele for the past few days watching cartoons as I have not been able to lift him around he weighs about 31lbs so he is a real bundle. I am feeling a bit lonely at the moment my family have not really bothered with me and they dont call or come over anymore. My mother used to call me everyday and call over to me but of late it is like the novelty has worn off and she cant be bothered. I have meet two moms from a mother and baby group and we meet up every Thursday for coffee and chat and if I didnt have that I think I would go off my head! Its probably all the preggie hormones racing through me but am feeling bored and lonely would love some adult company. Hopefully I will cheer up in the next day or so maybe even snap out of it.

aww try not to feel lonely!! i know what you mean about the novelty wearing off, it wont do though when you have your scan! they will be wanting to be nosey again at that stage! my mum was happy to hear my news that i was expecting again but now its like 'yeah its ages away though', when im the opposite being really giddy about it!! i must say though im nearly 8 weeks and it is dragging so much, so i think if you are like me you might be getting a bit fed up of the first trimester dragging!! ring your mum and tell her how you feel, just say you like to have a chat with her. it would help you so much if your mum could visit and maybe help you out with your toddler. i have a 1 year old daughter and it is very tiring being pregnant and running round a toddler all the time!!! don't forget you have a right to feel grumpy!!
