31-3-2010 - Ultrasound Results

My mood while writing this blog: Happy!

We went in for our ultrasound yesterday. Good news!!!! The baby is in the uterus! We also got to see the little heart beating. :) I was so glad to see the heart beat. It takes a little weight off of my shoulders. The baby measured at 5w5d, which is only a day or two less then what I thought I was. So with that new due date of 11/26 we will probably have the baby on my DH's birthday because we are supposed to have a scheduled C-Seciton the week before. I don't know if the due date will stay the same or if they will do it one week before exactly or what, but that would be so cool!

My 20 mo DD kept looking at the ultrasound photo going "Awww, Baby!" It was absolutely pricless!

Isn't it so cute to see how tiny it is! The embryo looks like a little bean! I had my U/S on the same day as you....mine was a surprise U/S though...Doctor felt something odd, and I have an orange sized cyst. I knew it was too early to feel my uterus like I do...but he says it is from the corpus luteum releasing the egg and not to worry. He didn't give me the measurements ...HOW COOL! I am happy for you that your U/S came out well! CONGRATS!!
