31-5-2009 - Hospital Scare and Sex of baby!!

Sooo thought I would update everyone with the latest in this pregnancy!!

Had bit of a scare Wednesday night! After sex started bleeding but it was pink and watery (sorry for TMI) I know its normal to bleed after sex whilst pregnant but it was pink so wnet ot the Dr's in the morning and got told to go to Ward 10 at my local hospital to be checked over.
Got there at aorund 10:30am and they came and checked me over, but they did not listen in on the babys heartbeat sooo was still freakin out!

Had to wait til 11:30am for Dr to come see me and she took some bloods and butchered my arm with the damn needle and they sent me for a SCAN so I was soo excited I get to see the baby earlier than planned! I asked her then would they listen in to baby b4 I went as I didnt want to find out anything bad whilst looking at my LO. She thought they had so tut tut on the ward staff. So they came and listened in and everything was fine even thought it took her ages to find it!

So they sent me down for the Scan and baby was active and we found out we're having A BOY!!!! So I've got a likl princess and my prince is in the middle of cooking hehehe!!

Anyways after waiting round til 4pm ish they finally came back and said I could go home! They couldnt see no reaosn for the bleeding other than the obvious. So we're both happy and growing well!!! x x x


SOOOOO We need some boy baby names!! All please send me some hehe coz we cant think of any we both agree on at the mo x

Oh, wow, congrats. One of each, that's lovely for you. Did you get around to getting married yet? I remember when you were pregnant first time around, and he'd surprised you with a proposal!!!

Congrats on the little boy! And such a relief that everything is OK. I don't have many boys name suggestions, we are having trouble with that too! We find out in less than 2 weeks what we're having, I can't wait!
