20-4-2010 - 37 week update

My mood while writing this blog: Great

Well not given an update for a while so thought i would. Everyone from my week seems to be giving birth early so i packed my hospital bag yesterday haha

Everything is going well. i am so elated. we are 37 weeks tomorrow and i still cant believe it! i am now on Maternity leave and its 22 days until the big due date. hope i dont go over too much :) i dont want to be induced.

The midwife came this morning to check out the house. felt a bit strange but i am glad they do check , because there will be some ppl out there that dont care!

Baby is engaged (yey) andwe discussed my birth plan....well..she read it....all 4 pages haha but i must have covered most bases because she didnt ask me much! :)

Getting very achy hips and hands. my knuckles and joint sin my fingers hurt so much in a morning i cant clench my hands. i have to run then under warm water for a while. random.

We had the last growth scan last week and all is well. i still find it hard to black out the niggling paranoia that something can still go wrong though.

The nursery is finished and i cant stop standing at the door just looking.............

I am so ready to meet my baby now, but i am in no rush. you come when you are ready little one, i'll just be waiting patiently xx
