15-9-2009 - U/S

My mood while writing this blog: GRRRRRRREAT!

So, today was the day we had our first u/s for this pregnancy. felt sick as a dog last night crying and worrying. tried to work this morn and just made a mess of my entire tasks lol My dh took the afternoon off to come with me. The tech said everything looks great. in the right place. the sack, yolk, position and fetal pole all look good.i was so on a high and nearly pissed myself (i hate the full bladder thing) i had to stop her mid talk just to go pee. She didnt give us a pic but she showed us the screen. it was only this white little long dot....but it was OUR DOT :) she didnt do a T.V so didnt get to see if the heart had started up yet but she has booked me in for 2 weeks times when she is confident we'll get to see it. i am so overjoyed. to go into that room and come out knowing the baby was there this time....i'm on top of the world. I know we arent out of the woods yet but i am not thinking about that right now. at this moment......alll i can think is....i met Pip today :) Hubby welled up. wonder what he is gona be like when he hears the hb and sees it move :) i asked if there was only one in there and she said one sack yes....but one baby....she cant tell lol ooooo the thought
