I m glad you found some truths in what i mentioned , i could go on and on but people would just get bored.
I honestly did not realise that some women in the U.S cant even get to see a health care provider as soon as they know they are pregnant because their insurance provider is being picky or there is a problem.
I know this is probably not a common thing to happen but to whomever it is happening to must be pretty disheartening.
In Britain we just find it a bit alien to have problems getting the attention we need when it comes to our health. Dont get me wrong we plenty of policies that are unfair in our system. Its just that we dont have to talk money. The government does all that. There are probably up and downs to both systems i suppose.
I see you are from Australia, my sister lives in Brisbane , right where the storms were two weeks ago in The Gap.
She has lived there since 1975.

I was down in a different dept at work today and this guy shows me some pics... His neice was unable to have children due to some cysts she had as a teenager. She went through an adoption agency and had been in there less than a year. A few weeks ago she got a call because there was a lady who was giving up her child. She wanted to interview some parents and make a decision.
Her and her husband were chosen. A few weeks later, after a scheduled C-section, they were holding their new son.
They looked so happy in the pictures. They are in their early 30's and look like they'll make wonderful parents and the child will have a great home.
Just thought I'd share a happy story.
