Hi all
Just wanted to update you on my progress.. the last few months have been so perfect its now a bit of a downer that im feeling so crappy, ive suddenly had an onset of different things that feel just .. well.. crap really!
This week the leg cramps in the middle of the night have begun, they are so painful they wake me and im litterally crying with agony.. im currently googling remedies for this!
Also in the last 2 wks my uterus is 4-5 times a day forming a rock hard ball type thing and shifting upwards.. making me feel extremely tight chested and very off.. i finally spoke to my midwife this morning about it and she said that it is Braxton Hicks Contractions... I had no idea you could get them this early.. i had no idea they even felt like this either!! But atleast she said it is absolutely nothing to worry about it is completely normal!!
My lower back is so sore, and my ribs (ligaments) are constantly hurting now!! yikes.. i must sound like a winger... its just so strange, ive felt so perfect all along until now.. heres hoping it only stays like this for this week and im back to my old self next week!! fingers crossed!!

Wednesday, 2 Sep I haven't gotten the leg craps yet with this one but with my first I got them alot!!! My doctor suggested extra calcium. It worked!!! MamaCas29 -
Wednesday, 2 Sep I can relate...the joys of pregnancy eh! I'm sorry! This is my third pregnancy, and I've got a hang on the leg cramps. I can feel them starting, so I pull my toes back (point my toes towards my knee...does that make sense?) and it stops the cramp immediately...if I stretch out my leg (point toes toward the floor) it makes it go full blown. You can also add more potassium to your diet (bananas). Take care!
