25-9-2009 - 28 wks, glucose & anti D

My mood while writing this blog: happy do da!

I had my Glucose test on tuesday this week.. that was a struggle to drink, i didnt realise there would be a whole bottle to drink.. for some reason i had an image of just some small shot type glass of liquid.. ha ha.. so it took me a while to drink it.. im assuming all went ok with that test because she said she'd call by the end of the week if something was up and she hasnt called,

Although i got a letter in the post advising me that my iron levels were too low and i should take iron supplements, so i will start taking them tomorrow.

I also had my Anti - D injection for my O- blood - that all went fine..

I got to hear our little girls heartbeat again, i recorded it this time on my phone as hubby wanted to save it as his ringtone on his phone.. cute!! :)

My midwife felt my tummy and could easily feel where the babys head and bum were.. so that is exactly how i imagined she was sitting.. its so weird!! Shes moving so much lately and im feeling her in new areas, right to the edge of my sides and shes getting so close to my ribs!

Anyway im feeling good, a little achy in my rib area.. but otherwise great!
