So i went back for more blood to be taken last week and they eventually told me that my blood type is definitely O positive... and not o Neg. hmmmm... this means I had the anti-D injection for no reason..

They say my blood type is a weak type which can test either neg or pos, depending on what agent the blood labs use to test the blood tye, something to do with different technologies..??? hmmmm .. righto!

They tell me having the anti D has no adverse effect on me or bubs - but im just upset because i never wanted someone elses blood in my body in the first place.. it took me a long time to be convinced to have the injection in the first place!

Anyway, cant change it now, whats happened has happened, im trying to look at the positive that i wont have to hve any more injections of Anti-d now.

Good news, my iron levels are back to normal now so thats great!

I think it's best to focus all your energy on getting your house sorted - it's also heaps more fun! I finally ordered the blinds for around the house - they should arrive in three weeks and then we can finally set up the nursery properly. Nothing like leaving it all to the last minute!

Forget about the cock up they've made and just keep thinking you'll have your baby in your arms very soon, and all this agro that you've had will be forgotten, and very worth it. Take care of yourself and bump xx
