| 15-9-2008 - 6 Week Check |  My mood while writing this blog:Proud |
Well George and I went for our 6 week check, after being slightly underweight George is not on the average line and is doing really well. He weighs 10lb 12 oz!!! The formula milk is really bulking him up now!
His head circumference and weight are all lying on the middle line in the red book so the nurse and doctor are really pleased with his measurements.
They checked his eyes, ears, chest, heart for any murmurs, hips and reflexes so far and George is all perfect. So proud of my little man.
He started smiling a couple of weeks ago but in the last week or so his smiles are getting more and more frequent and come with little giggles too, he is developing a truly amazing little personality that everyday is getting more and more delightful to watch develop. I love spending time giggling with him and making him smile. It is the best feeling in the world and his smile makes me melt.
He is getting stronger too, his legs are so strong that he loves to be upright with you holding gently under the arms and he is holding his head up now. If I put George on his tummy he loves to do push ups for about 5 mins at a time.
Every day is the best day of my life with George around.
I am so proud.

Awww sounds like he is comming along really well:)
Summer is also smiling and giggling and trying to talk lol and is doing really great. We have our appointment for her first jabs next week aswell as a full physical so will update you on that.
I love to see how she is progressing with weight.On the 11th she was 9bls 9.5oz so we will have to see how much she has gained since then. Still exclusively breast feeding so should be hopefully over a pound.
