| 20-8-2009 - Dr. visit |  My mood while writing this blog:Very calm |
I went to the OB this morning. He told me my sugars are perfect! He told me to keep up what I'm doing. No problem! I don't want to have a 12 pound baby and I don't want to take insulin.
We listen to the baby's heartbeat... I just can't get enough of that sound. =) He said I'm doing so good that I can wait and come in every 4 weeks. Shoot! I wanted to come in every 2 weeks to listen to my baby. Oh well! The bright side is I'm staying healthy and keeping the baby healthy too. He said in the 3rd trimester I'll have to come in a lot, and now that everything is going great so there is no need for me to see him that often. I'll have to wait.
I have my ultrasound on September 11th. My parents are coming to be there when they tell us what we're having. Then my next OB appointment in September 17th.
I love it! =)

I'm so proud of you, I'm not sure if I could be as strong as you've been and not give in to too much temptation! Keep up the good work. I am dying to find out what everyone is having!

We couldn't wait so we went to Fetal Photo at 16 weeks to find out what we were having the great part about it is they give you lots of ultra sound photos and a nice long video of the ultrasound on DVD. Also the baby didn't cooperate the first time we went in so we went back again a few days later and they did it for free to find out the sex. We didn't do the 3D ultarsound because I heard controversy that they may be dangerous for the baby.
