****Update on my crazy week***

Went to the doctor yesterday about my stupid toe. They cleaned it out, OUCH, to prevent infection and wrapped it up real tight and gave me this oh so cute blue shoe. Colin keeps giving me a hard time about it. He just laughs and told me he would spray paint it pink for me and but some bling bling on it! He cracks me up!!
At the same time he knows me so well. Us Texas women love anything flashy!!LOL

Mr. Presley is doing much better. I did call the pharamicist and told them they should really warn other parents. I even red the info sheet they gave me and there is nothing on there about the red poop. His poop is all red now. It is crazy. We keep telling Presley he has mad pooping skills. Not a lot of babies can poop red!! LOL

I did call the obgyn about my non stop bleeding. They want to make sure it wasn't the BC pills that caused it, so they switched me to a different one and gave me an anti-inflammatory. They said if the bleeding doesn't stop soon we may need to consider it is the endometrosis rearing it's ugly head again. I also go in next week to get stitched up again. So, totally not looking forward to this.

I have literally had the worst week ever. Then I had an incident tonight and it was just the icing on the cake.
So, last Friday my sweet boy had really bad diahrrea (sp), so we went to the peditrician. Saturday my sweet boy has a fever, so we called the Pedi, it wasn't that high to freak out about. They told us to just give him Tylenol, because it is probably from the diahrrea. Sunday night he still has a fever and I knew something was wrong. We take him to the pedi again Monday morning. He has another ear infection, the same ear that he had an infection only about a month ago. We get antibiotics and I have just been loving him up. I would so rather be sick then my lovie!
Today we had to go to Babies R Us to get a few things we were out of. Presley had a big poop, so I went to change him. I open up the diaper and his poop has big red streaks in it like blood. My neighbor was with me, so I showed her. Even she was very concerned. So, we call the pedi right away at Babies R Us. They said to come over right away. Dirty diaper in hand. Come to find out it is a side effect of Omnicef (antibiotic), not blood, it just turns some of the poop red! THAT IS INSANE! Dr. Rahaman thought it was pretty bad that the pharmacist didn't tell me about this side effect. Thank God, it wasn't serious.

So, tomorrow is supposed to be a rainy day, so I had a looooong list of things that needed to be done around the house. I also have to call my obgyn to schedule a little minor surgery, because my episiotmy didn't heal up correctly. I have been putting that off, because I just don't want to deal with it. I also have been bleeding for 3 straight weeks and I have no idea why! So, I need to tackle that issue.

So, I was walking from one end of the house to the other tonight.I was in total la la land thinking about all of this crap I have to get done. Along the way I stubbed my toe on something. I climb into bed and started thinking about my toe and why is it still hurting. Then I start gazing at my toe nails. I just got an awesome pedi. leopard print toes!! They are so rad! I decided to go put another top coat on my toes to preserve the paint. While doing so I see blood pooling up on the side of my big toe. WTH?? Taking a close look I realize that my big toe nail ripped way down low across the toe. Like seriously low almost at the cuticle. Though half of it is still attached on the other side. Excuse my language, but the son of a b**** hurts!!! There is no way I can cut the rest off with out someone numbing it, but I have to cut it off. Colin wrapped it in gauze to stop the bleeding and put some tape on it. It's just a pain in the butt, because I don't want to have to deal with this toe thing. It is so stupid, but yet I am just so upset. I am so mad right now I can't even sleep. I am already a fat beached whale the last thing I need is a bum toe!

I knew there was a reason you hadn't wrote me back yet...lol Sweetheart you are stressed to the MAX. :) You need a big hug :)
Poor little presley, Mason had bad repeat ear infections when he was little.
When you are having a bad day/week it seems like there is always one LAST thing to get you rolling. I hope your toe feels better.
Stress can really cause you to bleed more or suddenly start. But you need to probably tell you dr anyways. Hopefully you don't have a goofy uterus like me :) Smile sweety its gonna get better :)

I'm sorry about your fright, your frustration, your stress, and your TOENAIL!! It's perfectly ok to just sit and cry for a bit you know! :) That can tend to make us girls feel better sometimes; helps us to "gird up our loins" so to speak! :)

And next time you will KNOW to ask the pharm. about what side effects to be prepared for! (Did they not include one of those long info sheets?)

Here is something you may like to remember if Presley is going to be prone to ear infections, and some kids just are. I read it years ago, have tried it on two separate occasions, two separate patients and it really did work.

Mince very very finely one onion in a food processor.
Strain the juice through cheesecloth and reserve.
Now you have eardrops!

I just used a little spoon, dropped a few dropped into the ear and had the kid lay on his side for awhile. I reapplied a couple of times a day.
The pain went away and I didn't even take them to the dr.

Some people don't even like the sound of this, but I'm willing to try something that is not too outrageous and within my comfort zone if we can avoid antibiotics!

Ah hunni, it sounds like you have been having a really bad week, I always believe that things can only get better! So look forward to a better week next week!
Hows Presley dooing today? I hope that he is getting better, nothing worse than seeing your child poorly.
Hows the toe, I hope it heals well for you and that it heals quickly.
Keep me updated about the surgery etc.

oh my dear friend..sounds like our havin one hell of a week!! Whenever I am so down and frustrated...I take a deep breath and remind myself "this to will pass" and before you know your on your way to happier times!! Wish I could give you a big hug...the crappy thing about life is we have our ups and downs, and when our downs are downs...they seem like they will never go back up!!
Im thinkin of you, and prayin that your little man feels back to his little cute self soon!!!!
