THIS DIET IS NOT FOR EVERYONE! DON'T TRY THIS WHILE YOU ARE PREGNANT AND IF YOU ARE TAKING ANY MEDICATIONS YOU SHOULD ASK YOUR DR BEFORE TRYING THIS DIET! GRAPEFRUIT WILL INTERACT WITH MEDICATIONS!
12 days on 2 days off until you lose the amount you want
Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit or juice (unsweetened)
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
Lunch:
1/2 grapefruit or juice (unsweetened)
salad, any dressing
meat, any style any amount
Dinner:
1/2 grapefruit or juice (unsweetened)
meat, any style any amount-fish may be substituted
vegetable, any green or red (cooked in butter or any seasoning) or salad
coffee or tea-1 cup
Bedtime Snack:
glass of tomato juice or skim milk
Instructions:
At any meal you may eat until you are full
Eat everything in the diet, it is the combination of foods that make the diet work
Don't eat between meals, if you eat the amount suggested you shouldn't be hungry
Don't eat breads, deserts, or any white vegetables or sweet potatoes
You can lose up to 10 lbs in 10 days. There will be NO loss the first four days, but you will lose 5 lbs on the fifth day.
All soft drinks need to be diet and caffiene free
This diet is given to heart patients needing to lose weight fast for by-pass-surgery
You may not have:
white onions
potatoes
celery
You may have:
red onions
bell peppers
radishes
cucmbers
broccoli
green onions
spinach leaf
lettuce
cabbage
carrots
tomatoes
