My blood pressure stayed down all through out the night and my labs came back again this morning with no sign of HELLP. My platelet count was down but the dr said no major change so no big deal. I got to go for an ultrasound this morning which caused my bp to raise but it is slowly coming down. I do have some good news and bad news.
Good News:
BP staying down and labs coming back good is a great thing...that means I can stay preggy longer...which I need. It also means I do not have the same thing as I had with Jackson just preclampsia at this point and time.
Medium News:
still working on the 24 hour urine test and waiting for my steriod shot.
Bad News:
Had the ultrasound and was told by the ultrasound dr he was glad I was at the hospital. GREAT! The fluid around the baby is low and the baby is measuring small. She was only 2 pounds 14 ounces.....meaning the preclampsia is affecting her. The ultrasound dr said the only cure for this was rest and delivery....not good cause I cant do either one. I am waiting on my dr to get the results and come in but I told him about what the ultrasound dr said and he said it was classic of preclampsia.
On another note....as soon as my bp get back down I can be off the monitor and prolly off the fetal monitor as well....I dunno about coming home or what the plans are as of now but when I know you will know.

Baby = hang in there little one - mommy cant meet you just yet. Mommy keep those fett up and relax - we praying for you to carry baby a little longer and have a safe healty birth. Take care
