11-12-2008 - The big scare

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

At work yesterday it seem like a pretty good day up to the time 2:10 when i thought that my world was falling apart. I was finished my lunch break at 2:00 (which between that i had a nice nap). My room partner and i took the kids to the bathroom to get their diaper changed. I picked the first child to change her everything was fine. Picked up the second child changed her then put her down and thats when i started to feel dripping. I ran to the bathroom to find that i was bleeding heavily. I began to freak out told my room partner and went staright to my supervisors office in tears. She wanted to call the ambulance and i told her not to. I called my boyfriend and he was very frantic. My supervisor asked if i wanted to her to drive me to the hospital i said yes. When we got their she waited with me until i was look after and she left. They took blood asked me questions, which all i wanted to know is if the baby was ok. They said they wouldnt know until the did the u/s all through this i am crying my eyes out. While my bf is lost at another hospital because he choose not to listen to direction(but hey i still love him). They finally took me into the u/s room after 1.5hr of waiting. At this point i was very nervous. I wasnt experiencing any cramps whats so ever or clotting. When they did the u/s i cried like crazy they told me that everything looked fine and the babies heart beat was 155 she said the baby is positioned where it should be and the sack was not damaged in any way. I was sooo relieved she also showed me the screen and my little dumpling was dancing around like crazy. She also gave me a picture to keep which my lovely bf took. They have know idea what caused it but they told me to take it easy and no heavy lifting. The bleeding has stopped as of late last night. I thank God that everything was ok and pray it continues to stay that way. Takecare ladies and continues happy pregnancy and good luck to all my TTC ladies lots of baby dust.

=[ things like this make me love my baby more.. i'm sorry u had 2 go through that.. wow if we care so much about our babies now imagine after they are born.. at least you got 2 have an u/s.. I'm glad ur doing ok and please take it easy!!!

Glad to hear that everything is alright. It's probably from lifting the babies to change them. You have to be careful and let the aid help so that you don't strain anything.
