30-4-2009 - 37 week appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Excited

Went to the doc for my 37 week appointment yesterday and things look great! She did the strep test and while she was down there, she wanted to check and see if things were progressing. She told me that she could feel the baby's head and that she was really low and def engaging. :D Im 2cm and 50%! Baby's HR was about 145bpm and she measured at 37. She also told me that her growth has been really good, and she doesnt expect her to be huge when she comes. "probably not even 8lbs" <- I think that was the highlight of my appointment! ha.

I am so excited and relieved that things are progressing.. now, its just the waiting game. I feel like doing jumping jacks like the lil Icon guy up in the corner. hahah. Cant wait to see my lil one and hold her in my arms finally.
