10-11-2009 - 8 more days until the twins arrive

My mood while writing this blog: EXCITED

Hey all you mommies and mommies-to-be! 8 more days until I finally get to meet my beautiful twin girls..... my c-section is scheduled for November 18, 2009 @ 10:30AM. I am so beyond excited its not even funny and also very eager to not be pregnant anymore. I have loved being pregnant but being pregnant with twins is a lot different then being pregnant with just one and not to mention much more difficult. I will be 36W 5D which my doctor is just saying 37W. The girls were around 6lbs each two weeks ago and I find out on Thursday how much they weigh now... if they continue at the rate they are going, they will be almost 7lbs by next week. I cannot believe that in 8 days I will have my little girls. Hailee doesnt understand but she knows that there are babies in mommy's belly and is always carrying stuffed animals around calling them her babies. and she FREAKS when she sees babies in the store or in a picture.

Little Hailee is talking A LOT and can say a few sentences. she said "Mommy's Babies" and "What's that?" mostly two word sentences but I think that is awesome for a baby that is only 15 months old. She will be 16months old on the 21st, just three days after her little sisters are born. I can't wait for her to be a big sister, I think she will be great and am hoping that she is too young to get really jealous.

These days I'm spending all the time I can with little Hailee; when i'm not doing laundry or cleaning that is. She loves books and is very observant but a dare-devil nonetheless. She is precious and insists on putting lotion on her hands every chance she gets.

Well thats all for now ladies.... I'm going to get some laundry done while Hailee is napping. Nap time is almost over, I have about a half hour left.

P.S. I hate folding laundry.... can I have a laundry fairy please?
