| 02-10-2008 - B6 |  My mood while writing this blog:Nausiated |
So I finally called the dr, he suggested I try B6 4x day @ 25mg. He said if it is going to work, I will know in a couple days, so far nothing positive. I took all 4 yeasterday and 1 today and I still feel like shit so hopefully by tomorrow something will kick in.
Brock is getting one heck of a cold to top things off, he slept a total of maybe 4 hours last night. I feel bad, he can't take anything and he pour nose is plugged solid, he can't lay down, he doesn't want drink or eat. He is just misserable. Then my hubby works nights, so he got home at 3am, and let me go to bed. He finally got to bed around 4ish and Brock was back up at 6:30 with me. He got to sleep until 7:15 when I had to leave for work. Needless to say, I have 2 cabby crabby boys at home, kinda glad i'm at work! LOL

Hi there!! For your babies plugged nose you need to get him some saline nose spray. It's just water w/a little bit of salt to moisten all the mucus he has in his nose. Also sometimes it can make him sneeze to get those yuckies out of there. You can also use the vaporizer w/ vicks or rub vicks on his chest when before he goes to sleep so that he can breathe that smell. That will open up his passages too. You just rub like the size of a 1/2 dollar coin right in the middle of his chest. Hope this helps.

Poor thing! I wish there was something we could do to help! I'll just send prayers your way that everyone gets better and finally gets a good nights sleep between the 3 of you! My hubby is sick too and its exhausting to keep myself from getting sick and trying to take care of him.
