Looking for women from Georgia, who are not married, and have or about to have kids. MY ex is a resident of this state and ive heared that thru he being on the birth certificate, that we have joined custody. Pls send me infos, if u have some.

Ok so here is a link I found about custody in Georgia, but since you are not a resident I don't know what it would do, but for unmarried cohabitants which you guys aren't married but not cohabitating, either way it says the child is the mothers.

There is also this saying basically the same thing, hope the link works....

but you should definitely talk to a lawyer because you are the mother and he should not have the birth certificates and passport and everything. I'm assuming he got them because he was military correct? I would go to the nearest US base and talk to someone in their legal department, let me know if you'd like help to get a number to call for that I'd be glad to help!
