05-5-2009 - slight panic

My mood while writing this blog: a little scared

so when i went to bed last night, i went to the bathroom beforehand and when i wiped there was the faintest trace of light (very light) brown. so i thought great, there's going to be bleeding. then i thought, hang on, maybe not, wait and see. so really nothing more the next time i went, b/c now i'm a little panicked and checking every little while. then about 2am i got up to go pee, wiped first, absolutely nothing....then i went pee and happened to look in the bowl and there was quite a bit of blood in the water. not shockingly red but pink. i about died...i swear my blood ran cold. so i wiped and there was barely anything. went to bed but do you think i could sleep now? 15 later, checking again, just got a wipe of about a quarter size of pink on the tissue (tmi)....that went on for a few more times, then it changed to light brown and has stayed the same since. i've called my dr office but they dont' answer the phone until 9am (not helpful when you've been up since 2am)...bruce offered to take to emergency but i dont' think it's that bad (i hope) and i have no pain. so we'll wait until 9am and then get in to see our dr. everything has been fine so far and i know women do spot during pregnancy ( i think i did a bit with connor but can't really remember) but seriously i'm freaking out.....i've called work to say i dont' know what time i'll be in (my boss is super supportive of all of this)....i will update when i get the chance!
