My youngest is going to be 1 in 2 months and I still have about 30 extra lbs to lose. It's really frustrating and I get easily discouraged when I don't see results. I joined 24 hour fitness and for 2 weeks I worked out daily!! Daily!! I went from not working out at all to doing 30 mins to an hour of cardio daily and I didn't lose a lb nor an inch. It was just a waste of my money and a waste of my time. I took a few days off from working out and I plan to go back tomorrow

- Wednesday, 18 Aug Hey girl...I know how you feel. Have you changed how you eat? That's a huge part in losing weight...excercising is great for toning but it's the eating right that takes it to the next. Try the atkins diet...low carbs or counting calories. Find out how many calories you need to eat a day to lose weight. Weight watchers is really great. If you combine that w/excercising...you'll drop the weight in no time.
