I stopped BF for a couple days and I've seemed to have dried up. What? That quick? I thought it took weeks to stop producing milk. Anyways, I thought "oh well" at first, now all the bottles are a hassle, night feedings keep me awake longer and all the benefits have breastmilk have me rethinking. So now I've been pumping every hour or two except at night. I've sent my mom to buy fenugreek and/or blessed thistle but we can't find it anywhere. I'm producing about 4 oz now, yesterday I could only get 2 oz so it's SLOWLY working.
