21-7-2008 - No Show

My mood while writing this blog: Pissed Off

Guess who was a no show to child support court this morning? What a POS! I'm so frustrated. This is the second time I've wasted my time and had to drag Savannah along with me to this child support crap. Anyways, I'm sure I'll cool down in alittle bit. The court date has been reset to 2 months from now. The court said they have 6 months to try and get him to come to court. What a waste of time! I wanted to thank all of you for your encouraging and understanding comments on my last post. I love you girls!

I am so sorry to hear all that Capt. What a jerk! You & Savanah deserve the very best. You sound like you are being very strong & doing only what is best. Savanah is lucky to have such a wonderful mommy. And your little girl is absolutely precious. HE is the one who is missing out.

I'm so sorry. I hope our system comes through for you. I can't even begin to understand a man that just up and walks away from their child and gives nothing to help take care of that child. I can understand them walking away from us but their own flesh and blood, an innocent child, makes no sense. Hang in there. Don't give up.

I admire you for being so strong through all of this! I don't understand how he could just walk away from something so beautiful! This whole child support system is insane. I mean come on if he doesnt show doesnt that prove that he is a lam POS! Keep us posted. xoxo

UGH!!! So basically, you've got to do this for 6 months, and then they'll just assign him an amount to pay? What a jerk! I'm so sorry you have to go through that. I've got a friend who's XH did this and when it came time to assign child support, he quit his job so they had to assign the lowest amount of money for him to pay because technically, they couldn't base it on his salary. Jerk!

Grrr, how infuriating! Well, the important thing is that you're gonna keep trying and fighting for what Savannah is entitled to. Even though he's a jerk, he still has to pay for his child!
