| 30-11-2008 - caffine |  My mood while writing this blog:tired/worn out |
so this week dad had to back to the hospital he had a sharp pain in his chest and his eye sight went all blury. he is at high risk of a stroke at the moment with his heart the way it is. anyway lately i've been substituting meals for coffee yesterday we were in the hospital all day cause the docs thought dad had a clot in his heart or brain. i was so stressed that i had 2 really strong coffees instead of having lunch then with dinner i had a double shot expresso i have been having coffee at least twice a day which is very unusual for me cause i've never drunk it before.
Am i turning into a caffine adict HELP!
