05-11-2009 - Almost a Year!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

He can walk backwards which is very strange to watch. He just seems so young to be doing that. He is throwing temper tantrums! It is hilarious because he is not even a year and has his mommy's personality. He can point, squat down from standing, says mommy, daddy, ball, bye bye, uh oh, and tries to say thank you (dink ya). He tries to mock whatever you are saying most of the time.

His first birthday is Friday November 13. Friday the 13th, ;) But we are having his jungle themed birthday party Saturday. I am so excited because I have been collecting items for his decoration pile for months. I got animal stripped balloons off of ebay and a zebra balloon that is as tall as Carson. The rest of the stuff adds to the jungle theme and should turn out very cute.

Of course I spoil him like mommy's do. I got him several presents and had to put some up for Christmas. I had planned on getting him a power wheel car and did. I gave it to him early because I was more excited them him. He is so good at it! He pushes the button and it propels. He is so smart and knows exactly how to get on, off and to make it go.

I asked Kenny's dad to get him a fort with tunnels and he found one at Toys R Us. I am so excited to see how he reacts and watch him eat cupcakes.

My baby is growing up. I just want him to know how hard I work so I can make sure I can give him the world. I graduate with my bachelors in science, degree in elementary education and emphasis in English this May!! It's finally here and I am so excited. I just want the best for my little man.
