21-9-2008 - Wooden Letters

My mood while writing this blog: Busy

The other night, we went to Wal-Mart and puchased football ribbon, black ribbon, a glue gun and glue sticks. I was deteremined to finish this idea I had for Carson's letters. We had previously bought the letters and they've been laying around so I decided to get this project out of the way.

Kenny and I made the ribbons and glued all the pieces to together. I was really proud of our work until my mother looked at them. I sent them to her in an e-mail and all she did was critisize them from head to toe.. they are too big, they are plain, why didn't you choose baseball ribbon, why didn't you choose blue ribbon..blah blah blah.

It might be where I am so emotional but it really hurt my feelings. Nothing I do is right! She ended up sending an e-mail back of Wooden Letters off the internet that have been painted and look completely different from mine. UGH sometimes I think my family are jerks...
