09-1-2009 - 2 months PP

My mood while writing this blog: sad

But two month check ups aren't something to look forward to. In fact they have to recieve four Vaccines. :( They combine three vacinnes into one shot, so there are three shots total and then a oral dose of the Rota Virus Vacinne.

It was HORRIBLE..The needles were longer then the epidrual ;) and looked like they would go straight to the bone. They injected the first needle and he jumped. Then after a minute delay his face turned five different shades of red, each getting darker and then let out a high pitch squeal that turned into a tongue vibrating cry.

One shot, then another and then another! I couldn't bear it any longer and rushed the aide to put the bandages on so I could rescue him from his first real pain.

Let's just say I NEVER want to see him in pain again.

Other than that Carson is doing great. He gives me lots of gummy smiles, laughs when he lays eyes on me, reaches out for toys and even hits them! He cute and chunky! I want him to stay young forever.

As for me, my weight isn't melting off maybe dripping at a very slow speed, slower then molassess. But I don't really care, not going to wine about it just deal with it. I have Carson to direct all my time and effort in. The extra padding will come off eventually but as of right now I rather be with Carson then at the gym.

School starts back next week and that is going to be hard. I only have classes on Tuesday and Thursday but it will break my heart to leave my baby. I'm lucky to have family watch him, my sister but it still doesn't release the anxiety that I hold. He has grown to be such a mama's boy that I hate for him to spend any time with another female. I hope he remembers me!
