18-5-2009 - Men LOL

My mood while writing this blog:
Happy

I swear I don't know if my boyfriend is going to make it to his deployment. lol. He makes me crazy. :) I pulled a surprise visit to him in Annapolis Friday night.......oh wasn't he surprised when he found out i waited around until almost 3am after driving 3 hours to get to him and not getting to see him. Well yesterday I went to go see him and I had a great day sight seeing and taking tours and of COURSE SHOPPING. Well I finally got to spend some time with him and I got TO SLEEP IN THE BED NEXT TO HIM!!!!! I coulda killed him through the snoring but I was so happy to be next to him I just layed and grinned as our son used my pelvic bone as kick boxing practice. It's so funny to see how Jacob reaacts when I'm with Tony. We were sitting talking and Jacob had been sooooo calm and as soon as he started talking Jacob went nuts lol. So I layed back where he could feel him and talk to him. I'm finally excited and starting to enjoy this pregnancy!!! Hope everyone is doing well.

I was reading your blogs and you had a similar problem with your man that I do. He refuse to grow up. When I first found out I was pregnant and told him he was mad and we broke up for alittle over a month. We started to talk and I thought he was coming around to it. He would get a glow in his eye when we talk about the baby. So I was thinking everything was coming around. I have recently asked him if he told his family and he said no. And that he is not going to tell them because he is not ready to be a dad. I did not say anything. I did not want my hormones to get the best of the situation cause I know it would start a huge fight. Do you have any advice on what I should do. Should I just let it go and give him his emotional space or should I bring it up that he should tell his family and open a can of problems. I am confused.
