My mood while writing this blog: worried |
well on Thursday 31st July i had i bit of a show, and i told my mum who kept on at me to call the hospital so i did and asked for advice thinking they would say youll be ok stop stressing, instead they told me to come up to the hospital to be checked out. so i get to the hospital around 2 pm they tell me to start drinking water as i was going to get a scan, i did that and was taken down to US when i started contracting every 2 minutes OMG the pain ( i forgot how sore they are) got the scan and went for a pee that help stop the contractions. back upstairs they did a fibronectomy swab (dont know how to spell that) this came back positive that i could go into labour within the next week. They then told me i was being kept in i just though oh god who is going to pick Lewis up from nursery so began the panic for call everyone Hubby, Mum, Dad, Oldest son. So after 2 days in my local maternity they decided to transfer me to a hospital that had neonatal beds avaliable. so i was then transfered by ambulance to another hospital miles away from my home and family when i got there they put me in a labour room, asked why exactly was i there and left me checking up every 2 to 3 hours to see how i was. the next day i was check by the doctor and told i could go home she wrote in my notes in capitals NOT IN LABOUR. this whole transfer thing really stresses me out they made me feel as if i was the one lying to them by being there when infact my own hospital were so worried that i could have gone into labour at anytime they thought it best to get me to a hospital that could cope with a preterm baby. But im back home now still hanging on in there just waiting for that special day when Ellis will arrive
