31-5-2009 - back pain

My mood while writing this blog: sore

Hey guys sorry not been on for a few weeks putter had to go in and get fixed. Anyway im now 19 weeks and have been suffering with lots of back pain right from the start of this pregnancy, i also had it at the end of last pregnancy so i thought i was possibly the same thing as last time, so i went to see the physio only to find out that i have sacrolyatic dysfunction the left side of my pelvis is lower and tilted, the physio wanted to see me again so after a few weeks in back support i have been informed that i also have SPD and my sacrim is out of place. so i have to wear back support for the rest of the pregnancy and in this heat it will be a killer. On the plus side Ellis has really come on with her words about 4 weeks ago i was talking to her about her Papa and the next thing clear as day Ellis started saying Papa Papa and now she just calls Mum all the time. i just cant believe in 4 months time she will be a full year old where has the time gone...
