05-9-2009 - Hospital again

My mood while writing this blog: confused

hi all, just to keep you up to speed with me and bump. On Thursday i had some spotting so i contacted the hospital and they told me to go in and get checked out so after blood tests and babies heart beat being monitored i was told that i was to stay in, my first thought was ive never left Ellis over night before how will she cope without her mummy and vice versa. The next morning i was sent for a scan and i was told i have marginal placenta previa so that was a huge shock as i was not expecting that one and then to top it off they told me he weighs 6lbs 4oz and i still have 7 weeks to go OMG he could be between 10 and 11 lbs full term aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and they wont let me have a C-Section. I have to go back for another scan on 28th sept to see if the placenta has moved away from the cervix and to see what weight he is. So i shall update you all as this develope.

WOW! what a whopper! On the up side, if you end up going into early labour for whatever reasons then he will weigh enough! Shocking that they wont give you a c-section! I hope the placenta moves away from your cervix. fingers crossed everything goes well xx
