Well here we are again and the dreaded AF has turned up again. I was sure this month was going to be our month I had really strong ovulation signs this time the first really strong signs since coming off the pill. I was so sure I was going to have good news today. Oh well I have to look at the bright side of things its my birthday next week so I will be able to have a few drinks relax and enjoy myself. So I will raise a glass to everyone, those tryng, those who are pg and those who have had sad news this month. Heres to all of us and may we all get what we want next month. xxxx

Hey Rach. Thanks for your note. It really was an awful weekend, but I'm feeling much better now... So sorry AF turned up for you today. That really sucks. And it's so hard when you feel like it could have been your month.... Hand in there and enjoy your birthday! Love, Em x
