09-4-2009 - 12 Week Appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Relieved & Happy

Well I am actually only 11.5 weeks prego, but I had my 12 week appointment this morning. Everything went good, they did an exam and listened to the baby's heartbeat with the doppler. It took her like 5 minutes to find the heartbeat and I began to get a little worried, but she finally found it....and it was music to my ears! Now I am excited to start telling people, we have kept it a secret from everyone so far, but family and close firiends will be finding out on Easter....then my work a couple weeks later. Now that I am 12 weeks I am still having a little nausea, smells are sickening, my lower back has been aching some, and I am still very tired.....but all in all I feel pretty good. This pregnancy has been pretty similar to my first one so far......so maybe that means I am having another boy! I can't wait until next month for my 16 week appt and then 20 weeks I will get an ultrasound and find out what this baby is!
